Courts of Victoria: If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within sixty (60) days of the request for mediation, either party may initiate proceedings in the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and SeoDandenong.com.au submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria for the resolution of any disputes not resolved by mediation.

11. Changes to Terms
